It was a GREAT day for everyone. Some of our NJ Beagles families and members of the NJ Beagles Discussion Forum met for a fantastic day at Rocky Top Dog Park, in Princeton over the Labor Day weekend. I'm not sure who had more fun, the dogs or their owners, but everyone had smiles on their faces from the moment they arrived. The park is fabulous with loads of room for our beagles to run, play, and just let loose. Speaking of which, some of these beagles have never been off a leash in an open area before, so I know their families were totally thrilled to see their dog have such a wonderful time with so much freedom. We had 27 hounds attend with at least 3 times as many family members. The day was a great success!

On Sunday, May 4, 2008, the families of New Jersey Beagles, members of the New Jersey Beagles Discussion Forum, and locals from the Princeton area all met at Rocky Top Dog Park for a fantastic day of beaglemania. A total of 34 beagles attended this semi annual event, and everyone, including the beagles and their owners had a Fantastic time

It was another great event at Rock Toy Dog Park this past Labor Day. It seems each beagle meet just keeps growing. This year we had 39 beagles and their families join New Jersey Beagles and the members of NJB's Discussion Forum for a wonderful fun filled, warm, sunny day. The dogs had a great time, as usual, and our families mingled and got to meet each other, and in some cases littermates to their own dog. It was especially nice to meet some of the adopted families and their beagles from Cascade Beagle Rescue.
Our beagle meet at Rocky Top Dog Park was yet again another huge success. 37 beagles and their families had a fantastic day. The dogs had a wonderful time running, chasing, swimming, and exploring the huge fenced in park while their owners smiled and enjoyed watching their hounds enjoy their freedom. The weather was beautiful and the day went off without a hitch. Everyone had so much fun that they are already anticipating our next get together which is scheduled for Sunday September 6,2009.
It may have been Labor Day weekend, but that didn't stop these beagle loving families from bringing their hounds out for a romp in the dog park. 36 beagles enjoyed the freedom of an off leash experience to run, play, swim and just do whatever they felt like for three hours while their owners watched on with pride, love, and smiles. You couldn't ask for a better day. The weather was simply fantastic, and for me, seeing so many of my beautiful beagles all grown up is always worth my anticipation. Reuniting with their families and realizing from one beagle meet to the other, that although I know you all personally from your beagle adoption, the rest of you basically have become acquainted from our discussion forum first and because of our love for our adorable little hounds, we've become friends too. How special is that!
Welcome to those of your who came to Rocky Top for the first time. I hope you had a great time and I definitely look forward to see you again in the spring. Please email me to get on next years mailing list. NJBeagles@optonline.net
It was a record breaking beagle meet at Rocky Top Dog Park this year. 65 beagles and their families joined us for a fun filled afternoon. The weather was georgeous and everyone, especially our beagles had a fantastic time. Click here to see our photos on facebook
73 beagles and their families had a wonderful time at Rocky Top Dog Park today. Our families enjoyed socializing with old friends and also making new one's. Watching the hounds have a blast was the highlight of the day. Some enjoyed getting in the merry chase, while others spent time exploring or swimming in the pond. Some just enjoyed a slow walk and sniff around the park, while some never strayed too far from their families. It was a fantastic day had by all.
Our beagle meet at the Wantage Dog Park in Wantage N.J. was a huge success. Everyone, especially the dogs had a wonderful time. The wide open park was fantastic! The dogs (45 beagles) could really run and let loose. All that attended couldn't say enough nice things about the park, and since Rocky Top Dog Park has made it so difficult for us to use their park, we have decided this is where we will come from now on. Our next meet will be October 4th, 2015
Our Fall beagle meet at the Wantage Dog Park was a huge success. 40 beagles and their families joined us for a fun filled day. Click on the photo to see a short video. Thank you to those of you who attended, and a great big thank you to all the families of the NJ Beagles alumni's. It was so good to see some of our adopted adult beagles. See you all in the Spring.
One of our best turn outs. Some people and their beagles left before we took this photo. 55 beagles in all and tons of people filled the dog park for our 2015 annual spring beagle meet followed by a wonderful tailgate party afterwards. This will be a tradition from now on. A great time had by all.
51 beagles and their families gathered at the Wantage Dog Park for a fun filled day of socializing, both canine and humans. And later a wonderful time at our tailgate party enjoying BBQ wings, chicken legs, hot dogs, salads, sausage and peppers, and so much more.
