New Jersey Beagles Guest Book

Thank you for stopping by my website.  Unfortunately at the start of "2012" my guest book was hit by spammers and I lost hundreds of message left by my guests and replaced by thousands of spam messages.  I am truly sorry to those of you who have posted over the years.

To my new guests, I hope you take the time to sign my book before you leave as I rebuild this page.   I do read them all and even respond to your posting, so please, share your thoughts.
Thanks,Terry Stern

I just lost my beagle of 16 years about a week and a half ago. She was truly my best friend in the whole world. My heart is broken to pieces.

I have admired your site for many years and appreciate your love for the breed. I hope there will be a day that I will be able to open my heart to another beagle. Mollie was irreplaceable so it will be hard. But when the time comes, a beagle from NJ Beagles will undoubtedly be my first choice!

Dear Lauren, I know how hard this has been for you. Losing our precious beagles is no different then losing a close family member. Take all the time you need to grieve and when or if you're ready to talk, I'll be here. Terry

We would like to get a family dog. We have done a lot research online and at the public library and we think a Beagle would be right for our family. As you note on your web site, the next step is finding a local breader that we are comfortable with. We have reviewed your web site and we were wondering what we would have to do to arrange a visit to your facility. Thank you for your time and assistance.

Respectfully,

Ken

Hi Ken, If you would be so kind to fill out my puppy application first, I would be glad to review. Then we can talk and make arrangements for a kennel visit. Thanks, Terry

Hi Terry,

I love your website and all the cute photos of your dogs and puppies. Plus, it is very informative and I love your idea of the live streaming videos! I saw some of those videos and was instantly reminded of my old dogs whom I loved dearly and miss so much. I see you take great care of your dogs and that is very impressive and wonderful that they get so much love.

I have already put in an application for beagle puppies but would love to visit your kennel with my sister (Sam) and meet you in person. Thanks again for this great website!

Kind regards,
Neha.

Hi Neha,
I received your puppy application and have responded to it. A kennel visit can definitely be arranged. Terry

I am a greiving mom I just lost my sweet Beagle Busters Second "Chance" July 2nd he is the second beagle I have owned and it is my favorite breed. I am hearing impaired and he was my ears alot of times. I enjoyed your website and when I am ready may contact you to be on your list. I live in a small town Called Canadensis, PA in the great Pocono Mountains. I have a nice property a little over two acres that boarders state game lands lots of trees and plenty of excitement for a beagle. I have a seven year old daughter who is just as sad as myself and I have to say we are just devistated. I think your place looks great and again when ready would love to give a new baby a home for life. I have two other dogs and 1 cat we just love animals they are all rescues and I have a veterinarian close by. I have a closed in kennel and a dog run to prevent anyone from escaping. I was only able to have one child and prayed for more but decided our animals are just as important to me. Please let me know more details on when to get on a list the cost of a pup and etc. Thank you for taking the time to listen. God Bless all of your wonderful dogs. My daughter misses his howling most we love that about the breed they are the best!

Hi Stephanie,
I'm terribly sorry about the loss of your dear beagle. I'm happy to hear that my website is giving you some comfort at this difficult time. I hope you keep coming back. Please remember, we offer a pet cemetery on the website. Some people get a lot of comfort being able to visit their beloved beagle there. Think about it. Terry

I look at your website almost everyday. I still have your condolence message you emailed to me the day our 18 year old Beagle, Barney, passed. He is on your beautiful old Beagle site. He was always with us; he went to our store everyday and everyone loved Barney. When the time is right, we will be contacting you.

Dear Brenda, They leave an emptiness in our hearts, and, in our days. I can hear how difficult it still is for you. I'm sorry.... I look at my "My Beautiful Old Beagle" page all the time. Some of them I even know their faces just by reading their names when someone sends me an email. Barney is one of them. Unfortunately, when someone writes me it's usually to deliver me the bad news. It's sad to see that so many of them have passed on. Just remember, the grieving, the sadness and emptiness you've been through since losing Barney just shows how much he was loved, and believe me, that's something he took with him, and that you can take comfort in.

I am looking forward to meeting you in the near future.

Yours truly,

Hi Terry!
I have been on your website all day today and just love reading about your beagles. Our 15 year old beagle, Sox, passed away on March 7, 2011. We were absolutely devastated and since then have dedicated our website: My Puppy-Tales in memory of her. We now sell pet supplies online and truly love what we do! Sox gave us so much joy and happiness and now my husband and I are thinking of adopting another lovable beagle and your website has inspired us to fill out an application! I am so excited to see that Ivory is due tomorrow!! Those puppies will be gorgeous! Best of luck to Ivory and we will be filling out an application soon.

Warmest Regards,
Jeanie

Thanks Jeanie, I'm glad you're enjoying my website. I look forward to hearing from you. Terry

Hi Terry. Our 18+yr old beagle died this past October. She was my husbands trusted companion. He has had many hunting/pet beagles in his life. He got our Katie as a hunting door but found out she was gunshy and he couldn't break her of it. But she became our lovin pet and his ever faithful companion. He has talked several times about getting another one. Our cat has truly attached herself to my husband, but it is not quite the same for him. Is it possible to take a ride up and tour your place? I'd like to surprise him with a new puppy that would be a pet and a huntng companion. (he turns 60 in October. Please let me know it a tour is permitted and if not, your recommendations to my next steps. Thanks, Kathy.

Hi Kathy, we absolutely encourage people to come out and meet us. All we ask is that you first fill out one of our puppy applications. Thanks so much, Terry

Our 3 1/2 old beagle died yesterday. He was never sick. At 4:00 am we called for him and he could not get up on the bed. He was all hunched over with his tail between his legs. I took him to the hospital immediately and they said he somehow injured his neck. They gave him a shot and some pain medication and sent us home. He was out of it all day and then he tongue started to turn blue. We rushed him to another hospital but it was too late. We did not ask for an autopsy. I showed them the paperwork for the other hospital and they say that they did not see anything wrong. Have you ever heard of this happen before. We are in shock and we don't even know what happened. I walked him twice a day and he was he great health. My kids are heartbroken and just want their dog back. It's the first dog I have ever had and the same with the children. I know this thing sometimes happens but never thought it would happen to us. Just wondering if you had any ideas on what could have caused this. The doctors yesterday said it was rare for this and there is nothing we could have done to prevent. Any thoughts would be helpful

Hi Anne, How terrible. I'm so sorry to hear your beagle passed away. It's such a terrible loss and one that is difficult to understand since you have no answers...... I'm sorry but I really don't have any idea's as to what could have happened to your beagle. I wish I cold help but thank God I've never experienced anything like this. Just know that you acted quickly and there was nothing more you could have done. Anne, is it possible that he could have gotten into something toxic?

My condolences, Terry

Hi it was really nice reading about your beagles. We just lost our 15 year old Dashund and we are still grieving for Lucy. My 7 year old daughter still thinks shes in the hospital but once we receive her ashes we will tell her she died and we will bury them in the back yard and include a memorial plaque. My daughter did state if Lucy dies she would like a Beagle. Although it is yet too soon for me to consider another dog in our family it was wonderful to see the Beagles. Will keep in touch.

Hi Jacqueline,
I'm glad my beagles were able to comfort you a little at this terrible time... I'm sorry to hear of Lucy's death. It's so hard to think of them as gone. Somehow your memories of your beloved pet don't always help get you through the tough times in the beginning, but eventually they will bring you peace and help your get through this process.

Take care of yourself for now. You'll know when the timing is right to bring another dog into your life. Terry

I have enjoyed reading your web site. We just lost our 13 year old beagle this year and are still trying to deal with losing such an important part of our family. While we do want another dog, I think we have to wait a few more months. I will be contacting you when we are ready. Your site definitely shows me that you are the perfect breeder for our needs. I cannot wait to be a customer!

Hi Kevin, I'm so sorry to hear about the loss of your beagle. It's definitely tough.... Take as long as you need, and when/if you want to talk about the possibility of another beagle, I'd be very happy to speak with you.

Thanks again, Terry

What a wonderful website. I lost my baby in October of last year after 8 short years. I miss her terribly. She was my friend, my confidant and walking buddy. Imust admit that I do not miss the 6:00 am walk with all of the snow we have had. But she loved the snow and walk longer. I believe I will be ready for a new companion in a few months when the weather breaks. I filled out your application and hope to hear from you soon.

Thank you

Judy, I'm terribly sorry to hear about the loss of your beagle. I know how tough that can be. At this point we don't expect to have any other litters until The Fall. If you're ready at that point, please feel free to contact me. Thanks, Terry Stern

I stumbled across your site today looking for information on Beagles. After 14 wonderful years, we had to put our Beagle Harley to rest. She was my first baby (two humans to follow). She was the light of my life and I am missing her terribly. I loved looking through the pics on this site. Furthermore, I like the process a family has to go through to get a dog. Thanks for posting such beautiful pics

You're very welcome Kelly. I'm glad it gave you some comfort looking at all our photographs. You have my condolences on the loss of your wonderful dog Harley.
