Thank you Cristi, and good luck in your search. Terry
Hi Stacie, I'd love to meet you and your family if you would like to come out for a kennel visit. Usually we have families start by filling out one of our puppy applications, which can be found on our website. From there we do our interview, which can be done during the kennel visit. I will tell you that we do not have any puppies at this time and probably won't have any until after the first of the year, but I would be happy to meet you and your family and show you my facilty and introduce you to my beagles.
Thanks, Terry
Maybe some day, Lisbeth... Terry
Thank you George. Terry
Stacey, It was nice chatting with you yesterday and welcome to N.J. Beagles. Tery
If you have any concern, please send me an e-mail,kippark@hotmail.com
Thanks very much!
Grace, My concern is that you and your boyfriend have no experience in breeding and should not be attempting to breed your beagle. Please don't! Terry Stern
Hi Nancy, They're a handful but worth every minute, aren't they? Thanks for visiting my website. I'm glad it's been so helpful to you. Feel free to join our discussion forum where there's plenty of beagle owners just sitting there waiting to meet new beagle lovers to share new beagle stories and antics with.
Thanks again, Terry
Hi Jo Ann,So terribly sorry for the loss of your sweet Calleigh. It's so hard to say goodbye to them. I've been so busy lately and haven't had time to update the stork page but I'll try today. Send me an email and I'll send you our private link to our live stream so you can watch Ally and Josie's babies every night in our private room. Thanks for visiting my website. Terry
Best Regards,
Lenny
Hi Lenny,I appreciate your kind words. I'm glad to hear you are NOT thinking of going to a pet store. I look forward to hearing from you in the future, and even if you don't wind up with a puppy through us, perhaps you did find some useful information on my website that you can take with you and apply someday to your new puppy. There's plenty to learn and plenty to read here, so I hope you keep coming back.
Anne, To me the answer to the question is more of a risk in breeding her than whether to have her spayed or not. My opinion is to leave the breeding to the professional breeders. A lot of responsibility goes with breeding a dog, not to mention time and expense. It's not cheap whelping a litter of puppies, if you plan on doing it the right way. It's not all about cute little puppies. It's about having the experience behind you in the event something isn't going right, and knowing to react to certain situations or when you need medicatl assistance. I would say almost every litter we have there is at least one instance where we have to assist the mother in delivering one of her pups. Someone whelping a litter for the first time my not know what to do in one of these situations and very easily could end up in an emergency facility. Big bucks if that happens!!!! But the biggest part of the job is in caring for the puppies for the next 8 weeks... Lots of work, lots of time, and lots of responsibility finding all those puppies the best of homes because basically, you are responsible with providing them with the best possible life you can...
Bottom line and my advice to you, have her spayed Anne. Good luck, Terry
Jen, Purina One is good. I use Purina Pro Plan, which I believe is about one step up from Purina One. They're both good. The first ingredient in both dog foods is the meat. I like Purina dog food, and none of their foods have ever had any problems with food recalls that I know of us, especially not this last one where so many animales were getting sick and dying from tainted food. Are there better dog foods out there? Probably. There's always something better, but I have 12 dogs, and they have all done very nicely on Pro Plan. They're healthy, have beautiful coats, and they are in great shape. I'm happy with Purina.
Thanks for stopping by, Terry
Stop by the chat room and please share some photos of Hunter. It would be so much fun to see all of the siblings growing up, even if they will never all be together again - at least we will have pictures.
Dot, never say never. There's always the beagle meets... Terry

Arleen, I'm very sorry to hear about the loss of your dog. I understand it's a very difficult time right now. I don't have any puppy's available at this time, but I would like to advice you by saying, take a little time before you rush into another dog. I'd hate to see you buy a puppy too quickly and make a bad decision by not going to a reputable breeder or buying through a pet shop.
Hi Art, Wow, it's great to hear from you. Hugs to Ruggi and please send me some photos when you get a minute.
Love, Sandy

I came across your website while searching for a Beagle puppy. My husband and I currenly have a 10 month old male Beagle named Charlie whom we love dearly. Beagles have always been my favorite breed of dog. I love their independence, loyalty, stubborness and intellegence. The care, love and dedication you have for your dogs and Beagles in general is extremely heart warming. I enjoyed reading Cutie and Wendy's story and seeing the birth of the puppies.
Thank you for creating such a wonderful website.
Thank you Kate.. That was very nice of you. I hope you stop by our "Discussion Forum" some time. There are some really great beagle owners there. I think you'd enjoy it. Terry
Thank you Carolina.... Please send us a photo of Canela for our photo gallery.

Thanks Jen.. I did get your application and look forward to meeting you and your family. Terry
Our family found your web site today and we were so happy. We just lost are beagle Cookie on friday from congenital heart disease. Our family is so heart broken. We took her to the University of Penn to get the best help we could but they told us she had less then a year to live. Cookie only lasted a few weeks. We were looking at your virtual pet cemetery when we saw a dog named Harley. The owners wrote such a wonderful poem about there dog. This just brought us to tears. We feel the same way with our dog Cookie. We had ten wonderful years with her. We put your web site in our favorites so we will be looking in often. Thank you for such a great site.

You're very welcome Catherine.... Terry
Sue, I'd love to talk to you when the time is right. Terry
For some time now I have reseached on the Internet, to get to know how to buy a puppy her in US. And to day I found your website. What a relief :-) I would really prefer not to have a puppy shipped 1000 of miles. That can not be a good experience for a small puppy - just taken away from its mother and sieblings.
At your site I found all the information I could ever want. It has been very helpful, and I really hope that we can talk some day in phone, and arrange a visit at our house.
I just love all the photos of the beautiful dogs. I can't wait to show the photos to my daughter, when she returns from middle school.
Thank you for all the information you and all the people share here on your site, Charlotte
Hi Charlotte, It was great speaking with you on the phone. Terry
We loved seeing your place. Your care and comittment are evident. It's been terrific keeping up with the website and seeing Belle's puppies chosen/named. The girls are very excitied waiting for Cami's puppies to get ready to go. They already have their name picked out and can't wait. Thank you for posting all the pictures.
Joe, Christine, Keara and Caitlyn
Hi Joe, Christine, Keara and Caitlyn.... It was all my pleasure. I'm glad you came out to visit and I got to meet the entire family. The puppies are getting so BIG! I will post more photos of them this week, so keep your eyes peeled to the stork page.
Please help.
PS. love your site.
Stella, I would definitely do a search on the internet. Type in Beagle breeders in, and add your state. This should help.
Hi Sara, I'm so happy that you are enjoying my website. When and if you are ever ready for a puppy I'd be happy to speak with you. Terry
Hopefully, Cami has had her puppies today (10/6) and all is well, I've been following her Stork Story and loved every minute of it.
Keep up the wonderful work. And thanks again for an informative and fun beagle site.
Hi Kathy, I'm glad you're enjoying our website and have been able to walk away with a lot of good information.... Yes, Cami did have her puppies. Four beautiful little pups.
Enjoy, Terry
Rachael, It sound like the answer you got is correct. Red ticked is what I would call them too. Terry
Anyone who wants to read Rebecca's great story about finding her dog Tipper after being missing for days, cut and paste this link into the URL address space on your computer. This will take you her story posted in our discussion forum.

Just click on the button on the left that says, "Beagle Discussion Forum."
Take care of yourself, Terry
Hi Liz, Typically a dog shouldn't be bred during it's first heat cycle. Of course accidents do happen and for that reason a vet will encourage the owners to have their dog spayed by six months of age. This should ensure the dog will be fixed before she has a chance to go into her first heat cycle, which usually happens between 8 to 12 months of age. Terry
Hi Josee, I'm glad you found us and you're enjoying our site. I look forward to you coming back.... Stop by our discussion forum too if you have the time. I'm sure all the members there would love chatting with you and hearing about Whisky.
I'm glad our site was helpful to you. Thanks, Terry
You're very welcome. Terry
Kathy, stop by our "Discussion Forum" where you'll find new puppy owners like yourself going through the same things. You'll find lots of people there willing to give you some tips on how they're dealing with puppy biting. Unfortunately it is one of the problems facing new puppy owners, but the good news is it will pass.
Stop by and visit us.... Terry
Karen, I'm very sorry to hear about the loss of your beagle. It's really hard when we lose them. They become so much a part of our life. Please think about honoring his memory by adding his photo to our pet cemetery. It really does help with the grieving process.
